Cut Back on Nighttime Eating
If you are a midnight snacker, you are going to want to try to cut back. Don’t starve yourself all day long and then gorge once nighttime comes around. Eat smaller meals throughout the day so that you aren’t starved when it gets later in the day and closer to bedtime. Most of the food people eat at night is junk food anyways, which is why it is important to not eat too close to bedtime when you’re body won’t be able to as effectively use those calories.
Walk Your Dog
Pets can be great for getting you up and moving. Take your dog for a walk so that you will both be getting some much needed exercise. There are dog parks and dog beaches located in most communities, so search one out and have some fun with your favorite four-legged friend. Your dog can be your ally in your exercise routine and weight loss efforts.
